As Kadikoy Anatolian High School Robotics Team, we have attended to Izmir University of Economics’s robotics competition. Our theme was environment-friendly robot, so we decided to build a robot that would help farmers water their farmland with the ease of pressing a button.
Our robot is supported by an Android application, and a website, making it accessible for many platforms. While our robot checks the land for moisture, a visual map is updated with the data collected. It also displays important notifications to the user, about what they should do, and the weather.
We decided to name our robot “KR-3” as it stands for “KAL Robotics”. We are currently trying our best to improve this robot.
Special thanks to our teachers and Izmir University of Economics for helping us in the process.
